VIRTUAL CONFERENCE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Only BPMA members can attend the event.

Payments must be received prior to the event. Non-payment may result in access to the event being denied.

The BPMA reserves the right to make minor alterations to the content and timing of the programme or to the identity of the speakers.

Cancellations

Before cancelling your BPMA Conference & Networking Hub ticket, please note that any meetings arranged within the event platform will be automatically cancelled.

Suppliers can cancel up to Wednesday 2nd September 23:59.

Distributors can cancel up to Monday 7th September 23:59.

To request a cancellation of your ticket, simply email events@bpma.co.uk requesting cancellation with a reason for your cancellation by the dates above. We will then confirm receiptof your email to confirm that your cancellation has been accepted and will be processed, complete with full refund. We regret that we are unable to refund any monies for cancellations made after the dates shown above. If you do not attend on the day, tickets will not be refunded.

If you are unable to attend and wish to offer your place to a colleague, please email events@bpma.co.uk soon as possible, who be able to assign your registration to another person in your company. Please note that we cannot assign the ticket to a non-BPMA member and the member profile of the company must match the ticket type purchased. If we are unable to reassign a ticket within our cancellation policy, no refund will be given or reassigned.

In the unlikely event of cancellation of the conference by the BPMA, delegates will be offered a full refund, or a credit note against an equivalent future conference. Please note that delegate fees may not be refunded in the event of the threat of war, terrorism or circumstances outside of the BPMA’s control.

Speaker Sessions

We do not warrant or represent information given at the event as true, accurate and in any way legally binding, it is provided for guidance and advice only.

Consent to recording

The BPMA will record all speaker sessions, including Q&A sessions and will take screen shots across the event. This is to assist with post event promotion and may feature on the BPMA website, press releases and in Product Media Magazine.  By booking a place at the event you confirm your consent.

If you don’t consent to the BPMA  recording or capturing digital images of  you at the event then please notify the BPMA team on events@bpma.co.uk 48hrs in advance.

Forum and Live Chat

We encourage delegates to make use of the forum and we ask that the following forum rules are adhered to:

  1. No spam. All automated messages, advertisements, and links to websites will be deleted immediately.
  2. Respect for others. There will be no posts meant to offend or hurt any other BPMA member or company operating within the industry, in a manner which is offensive or inflammatory. This includes flaming or instigating arguments. Naming and shaming will not be tolerated – avoid using personal names or company names if talking about others.
  3. Harassment. No threats or harassment of other users will be tolerated.
  4. Posts may be deleted for any reasons the forum administrators deem reasonable.

When posting within the forum you agree that the BPMA team have the right to modify, delete, edit or close any topic, signature, account, or profile data at any time that they see fit.
