Swag Box is run by our Founder Sam and a small team dedicated to delivering outstanding promotional merchandise services. Our end-to-end swag management model is our differentiator, as well as the incredible quality and range of products we offer to businesses. As a brand we set ourselves apart from the rest of the industry by delivering sustainable quality and creativity.
Swag Box is growing fast, so we need to hire more amazing team members. Top of the list is a Swag Merchandise Account Manager capable of managing our existing client accounts and related supplier relations. Ideally we’d like someone with industry experience including vital order processing skills, outstanding client and internal communications, a flair for up-selling and the capacity to manage our stellar suppliers too, for anything to do with your clients’ stock and orders.
Demonstrable experience will be required to work towards a client brief, no matter how vague it might seem. Being able to qualify a prospect and read between the lines to sort and select kickass products that blow their branded socks off is a must. We are the experts and we need to deliver as such. We live and die by the level of service we offer. During the interview process candidates will be asked to present a range of our merch along with product references to our relevant industry suppliers with reasoning behind the selection to fit a given brief.
Our new Swag Merchandise Account Manager needs to be a self starter as Swag Box is an early stage start-up. Familiarising yourself with our existing and new product offerings, keeping an eye on the competitor landscape and intimate knowledge of your clients needs and desires is the only way to become the slayer we need!
Of course, we will be keen to hear any thoughts you might have on how we can improve and ideas will be listened to, not to mention the fantastic opportunity to grow with us as Swag Box inevitably scales into 2021 and beyond.
We’re happy for you to work from home though locally based in Sheffield or Yorkshire would be best. Currently our set up is at Swag Box HQ in Sheffield (and our warehouse too!) and we’d love you to be in the mix at our (socially distanced) HQ. Either way, our Founder Sam will be ready to give you the support you need to smash it in your new role with us … Swag Box team meets and beers to be expected!
Salary: £17,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
