NETWORKING HUB TERMS & CONDITIONS

The BPMA Networking Hub is now complimentary for all BPMA members to join.

If you would like to talk to the BPMA about membership, please contact us at membership@bpma.co.uk.

Registering for the BPMA Networking Hub

A registration link will be sent to all BPMA members who have not yet created a profile. All registrations will be approved and vetted prior to access to the BPMA Networking Hub.

Suppliers: each supplier will be allocated a virtual exhibitor page to create their company profile. You will be also able to register your staff (up to 15) for individual profiles linked to your company.

Distributors: you will be asked to register as an individual with your company name. If you are registering a group, you will be able to add colleagues as you register.

If you already have a BPMA virtual profile

For every member who previously registered and attended the live event in September and participated in Meetings Week, you don’t need to take any action as your profiles remain in place. We recommend you revisit your profiles and update any information you wish.

Please note: limits for collateral on supplier pages have now been lifted.

Cancellations

Before cancelling your BPMA Networking Hub ticket, please note that any meetings arranged within the event platform will be automatically cancelled.

To request a cancellation of your registration and profile, simply email events@bpma.co.uk requesting cancellation. We will then confirm receipt of your email to confirm that your cancellation has been accepted and will be processed.

If your membership has been cancelled or ceased, your access to the BPMA Networking Hub will be blocked.
