The BPMA Board
The BPMA board is made up of 12 industry professionals representing suppliers, distributors and service partners.
As representatives of the members, their role is to set the strategy and direction of the BPMA and to ensure the organisation is run in a proper and efficient manner.
Angela Wagstaff – Chairman
Responsible for the strategic direction of the association, focussed on raising the profile and standards of the promotional merchandise industry. Motivating the board to ensure we serve to inspire, connect and educate with the membership to remain relevant and to support the future direction and benefit of the members.
Graeme Smith – President
To provide advice and continuity to the senior management team. Overseeing the research requirements for the association, providing guidance and input to the industry research undertaken by the BPMA.
Haydn Willetts – Vice Chair Export & International
Supporting members with import/export advice to ensure that best processes and compliance is adhered to.
Alex Turner – Finance
Overseeing the associations’ finance function and ensuring the proper systems and checks are in place to help the Board to manage membership funds and to invest sustainably in the future of the industry.
Mark Alderson – British Manufacturing
Promoting the benefits of buying British Made products through education and end-user engagement. Supporting members who are British manufacturers by sharing best practices. Current Chair of the BPMA special interest group – Briman.
Neal Beagles – Events & Europe
To ensure that the BPMA produce and manage events that are meeting our members needs and that are run professionally and on budget. Within Europe, to guarantee that our industry voice continues to be heard and that we remain aware of and compliant with Pan-European legislation that could affect our members.
Helen Brennan – Education
Supporting the development of the education programme and the trade associations education agenda, whilst contributing to all sustainability initiatives.
Melissa Chevin – Marketing
Responsible for marketing, media and public relations, digital media and member communications. Working closely with the executive team to promote specific campaigns and initiatives.
Brian Hayward – Membership
Providing members with all the necessary support, guidance, assistance and information needed to ensure they can deal effectively in all aspects of running their business.
Andrew Langley – Supply Chain
Supporting supplier members on a range of topics whilst contributing to BPMA initiatives including research, processes, standards of best practice, export advice and sustainability.
