        • A varied role requiring an organised and proactive approach to problem solving.
        • Assist clients, colleagues, warehouse and supplier contacts with stock, website and order queries in a courteous and competent manner.
        • Organise shipments or delivery cost quotes for national and international shipments.
        • Manage critical order path, ensuring orders are fulfilled in line with our SLA’s.
        • Provide administrative support on assigned program(s)
        • Monitor inventory levels and liquidation of discontinued stock, inform the team/account manager of potential problems
        • May be responsible for monitoring channel performance including, but not limited to:
        • Key drivers/top sellers
        • “Specials of the week”
        • Inventory levels
        • Support all channel selling efforts as assigned
        • Responsible for taking and disseminating minutes from weekly team meetings to all client-team members and to management
        • Audit program details prior to launch
        • Assist Program’s Supervisor in achieving the following: 
        • Manage all aspects of programs, utilizing BD&A’s retail process, on assigned accounts
        • Work with the Account Managers to develop product lines appropriate to client needs
        • Work with Publication Development to produce catalogs and websites
        • Coordinate client reporting with data management department
        • Other job duties and projects as assigned
        • Help the Merchandisers creating SKUs and BOMs for new products.


      Experience Requirements

      • Knowledge of catalog/web/retail programs preferred
      • Client Service/administration experience required
      • Experience working in logistics preferred
      • University degree preferred but not required

      • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both internally and externally
      • Good interpersonal skills
      • Excellent organization and attention to details a must
      • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Excel and Oracle preferred
