Concept Incentives Ltd is looking to recruit an Account Manager.

We are based in Wilmslow Cheshire, the job is office based

 

Core Duties

 

Sourcing promotional merchandise

Quoting clients

Processing & managing orders

Managing suppliers and updating information via our order processing system

Keeping clients informed of progress or issues relating to their orders

Coming up with solutions to issues

Manage fulfilment and warehousing requirements

Booking and liaising with carriers

Updating spread sheets

Managing mailers

 

Requirements

We are looking for an dynamic enthusiastic team player who is organised and able to communicate clearly with clients and suppliers.

Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook is essential.

Attention to detail essential.

Have the ability to prioritise and manage time efficiently.

Must be self-motivated and be able to multi- task.

Good written and spoken English in addition to numeracy skills is critical.

Experience in ‘promotional merchandise’ would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.

Sense of humour essential….
