Main Role: Sales / Customer Service Administrator

General Information:

The Outdoors Company is looking to recruit an ambitious new Sales/Customer Service Administrator to join their busy corporate sales team. The role is an office-based position based in Congleton, Cheshire.

A corporate distributor of outdoor clothing brands like North Face, Berghaus, Patagonia and RAB, we're a fast-growing business, having recently moved to larger premises to expand operations. The role is concerned with B2B sales only. Frequently we're providing workwear solutions, corporate gifts and promotional merchandise for our customers in the promotional merchandise sector.

Core duties / competencies:

  • Order stock from suppliers
  • Process received orders
  • Respond to customers' enquiries / queries regarding live orders
  • Ensure orders are approved by finance
  • Liaise with sales team regarding stock issues
  • Chase orders with suppliers and resolve delivery issues Liaise with UPS over deliveries - tracking etc.
  • Assist with customer returns
  • Assist with warranty issues
  • Be positive, have energy and a drive to want to get on!
