Main Role: Project manage the online Education Programme and all Education related events

It's an exciting time for the BPMA with a new Chairman and CEO resulting in the expansion of the Executive Team including the requirement for an Education & Training Manager to project manage the online Education Programme and all Education related events. 

Overall Responsibilities
The management, organisation and selling of the BPMA Education Programme, whilst developing new content for the programme.          

Success will be measured by:
1. Number of students enrolled on the programme
2. Achieving the education P & L as outlined in the budget
3. Maintain a 30% student renewal attrition rate

Main day to day duties
Sell places on the BPMA Education Programme, renewal of existing students
Mentor current students to ensure exams are taken
Facilitate new study and exam content to be written
Manage and maintain the Education Programme through the admin panel
Facilitate factory visits, their promotion and the credit allocations to students who attended
Ensure all copy on the BPMA Education website is up to date 
Prepare education “bible” to ensure any other members of the team can pick up Education Programme detail.  This is to be maintained on a regular basis
Work closely with Marketing and IT departments to ensure news stories and promotional content are up to date
Work closely with Marketing to ensure focussed marketing to appropriate and interested parties
Build relationships with key members who may have an interest in training for example leading distributors and suppliers particularly in the HR department
Write education Board report with updates on revenue and progress
Development of online system for BPMA Education Programme
Report to relevant Board Directors to ensure the education plan is fulfilled
Work with CEO and Board to develop a long term education strategy
Build strategic relationship with overseas Associations and Partners
Create and distribute monthly newsletters for students
Taking on ad-hoc team projects as and when required

Skills/Abilities required:
Proficient in using a computer (especially Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
Good attention to detail
Methodical and thorough approach to work
Strong organisation skills
Good at juggling tasks and prioritising
Team player
Excellent telephone manner
High level of written and verbal communication skills
Sales skills

Hours Required
08:30 – 17:30 (Monday-Friday) office based in Fetcham, Surrey.  Exhibitions and events will require additional time outside normal working hours.
