  • The key drivers of mental health - the factors which are driving staff mental wellbeing based on Concilio Health’s research and our data from multiple sectors
  • Brief overview of common mental health problems and how they may present in a workplace context
  • When the warning lights come on – how to identify a colleague in difficulty and confidently initiate a supportive conversation
  • Ways of working that promote optimal mental health in the workplace and our dashboard of wellbeing
  • Recognising the four main types of stress and how to develop strategies to manage them
