We are currently looking for an experienced, forward-thinking Sales Account Manager to work closely with our growing sales team.

The ideal candidate should be energetic, effective, and possess comprehensive experience within the promotional merchandise industry, enabling them to swiftly initiate sales and drive new business growth.

Samedaybags.com is an industry-leading fast-turnaround tote bag screen printer based in Raglan, Monmouthshire. We are particularly known for our lightning-fast printing service, from cotton tote bags and jute bags to sports drawstrings and organic vegan eco-friendly totes, delivered within 24 hours.

We regularly work with the UK’S leading promotional merchandisers, printing for brands including Virgin Media, Disney, Vodafone, Fulfil, Fender, Adidas and Amazon alongside SME’s and as well as local businesses.

If you were to join us as a Sales Account Manager, your key responsibilities will be the following:

  • Actively identify and pursue your customer base.
  • Successfully achieve sales objectives for your territory, team, and organisation.
  • Provide clients with quotations.
  • Oversee client accounts effectively.
  • Pursue new business opportunities.
  • Initiate proactive outreach to potential clients.
  • Attend relevant client networking functions as required.
  • Offer support to fellow members of our sales team where necessary to enhance the clients experience.
  • Conduct market research.
  • Aid sales efforts by supporting marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven record in a sales account manager role is a must.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly-motivated self-starter, with a positive, professional attitude.
  • Strong work ethic, and critical attention to detail.
  • Evidence of strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
  • Good organisational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time.
  • Ability to prioritise your own workload.
  • Well versed in IT skills.
  • Good working knowledge of social media platforms.
  • Must have good attention to detail.
