Responsibilities:
- Take ownership and responsibility for your tasks, demonstrating a positive and upbeat attitude.
- Demonstrate drive, self-motivation, and a determination to achieve success.
- Maintain a high level of organisation and attention to detail, utilising your initiative to ensure the desired outcomes.
- Operate various textile decoration machines, including direct-to-garment printing, embroidery, transfer application, and sublimation print.
- Prepare stock and materials for production.
- Set up machines and closely monitor progress to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Adhere to production schedules to meet customer demands.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in textile decoration or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve individual and team goals.
- A positive and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
