As we expand our business to Europe and aim for global growth, we are seeking skilled and experienced Account Manager’s to join our EMEA team. The Account Manager will be located in the UK or Europe, play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding our client network, ensuring exceptional customer solutions, and supporting the supply chain in the promotional products field.  This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to progress quickly in their career and have fun along the way!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage customer relations for assigned accounts, building strong and lasting relationships with clients.
  2. Communicate extensively with clients via phone and email, providing prompt and personalized assistance regarding orders, shipping information, and inquiries.
  3. Collaborate with clients to strategize and grow their business, offering product recommendations and quotes to meet their specific needs.
  4. Act as a subject matter expert on our product offerings and solutions, providing valuable insights and expertise to clients.
  5. Coordinate the review and approval of proofs with clients, ensuring the seamless progression of sales orders.
  6. Work closely with our Business Development Manager to streamline sales order processing and enhance customer experience.
  7. Plan and execute 5-6 annual trade shows in the UK, representing PromoCollection with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  8. Provide operational feedback to streamline and enhance the localization of our online channels and align product offerings with the European market.

Collaboration:

As an Account Manager, you will collaborate closely with our overseas teams (Australia and China), including the sourcing team and other departments. Your coordination and communication with these teams will ensure a cohesive approach to success in the Europe market and the exchange of market insights.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in the promotional products and branded merchandise field.
  2. Strong knowledge of the UK market, including key players, industry trends, and regulations.
  3. Effective resolution of customer disputes to enhance customer experience
  4. Familiarity with CRM sales funnel management
  5. Willingness to travel for trade shows (PSI, Merchandise world etc.) and client visits as needed.
  6. Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently to meet targets.

Schedule

  • 7 hour day + 1 hour unpaid lunch
  •  9am – 5pm UK time
  • Full-time, Monday-Friday
  • 1 day per month London office meeting
  • Willingness to travel – Client visits, head office visit and trade shows which can be based in the UK or Europe

Experience:

  • Sales or account management: 2 years 
  • Promotional products knowledge: 2 years (desired)
  • Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft and CRM systems
  • GCSE’s or equivalent: 5 A-C (minimum)
  • A Levels or equivalent (desired)
  • UK driving license & Passport and right to work
