Pro Ad: Sales Support Administrator

Responsibilities

  • You will provide administration support to the Account Management team
  • You will be responsible for processing new orders, sourcing items and preparing quotations
  • Organising logistics
  • Raising Quotations
  • Organising product visuals and checking artwork proofs
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving queries
  • General administration duties

Requirements

  • Previous admin experience in an office environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment where you will have multiple projects on the go at once
  • Good IT skills and the ability to pick up new systems and products quickly
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Great team ethic and customer service
  • Thoroughness, accuracy and an eye for detail
  • Able to prioritise and manage several tasks at once
  • Polite and friendly manner
  • A team player with passion and drive to succeed
  • Trustworthy and appreciate need for confidentiality
