Jack Nadel International: Business Development Manager

Nadel delivers creative strategies, promotional products and technologies that enhance major brands around the world. We have a global network of over 24 worldwide offices and 250 employees.

We are recruiting a New Business Development Manager who will work full time out of our Westbourne Grove, London W2 office.

Job Overview:

This person will be responsible for prospecting and increasing Nadel’s client base in the UK and Europe. The candidate will receive ongoing best in industry training/education.  We are looking for a self-starter who is interested in building a career with Nadel, an industry leader with over 60 years in business. 

Core Job Responsibilities: 

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through research, networking, social media, email, and cold calling
  • Create target prospect lists based on industry, company size, number of employees and other metrics
  • Leverage internal CRM tool to manage opportunities, proposals, quotes, meetings, call backs, and communication tracking
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective client contacts
  • Develop and deliver sales action plans with key strategies, objectives, and targets to increase revenue and aggressively acquire new accounts
  • Manage marketing resources in the development of proposals and presentations to prospects, including customer needs assessment, identification of required resources, management of customer expectations, and all subsequent follow-up necessary to close or expand existing business
  • Work with the team to hit department and company sales goals

Skills 

  • Experience in Promotional Merchandise, desirable but not essential
  • Self-motivated and goal driven with a balanced focus on sales and customer satisfaction
  • Sales experience with prospecting and cold calling
  • Understands the ‘start to finish’ campaign development process
  • Strong presentation and project management skills with comfort performing under tight deadlines
  • Conduct effective market research, creating effective ways to obtain new clients and staying current with industry trends and market activities
  • Must be detailed, organised, and reliable with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint necessary
