Bilko is a successful promotional merchandise business with in-house production facility for garment printing & embroidery. We are based in Battersea, South London.
Job Description
- Handling client enquiries by email and phone
- Evaluating needs, asking key questions regarding budget, time scale, quantity etc
- Producing quotes
- Processing orders
- General admin duties
Requirements
- Enthusiastic, reliable and positive approach
- Self-motivated with the ability to work without direct supervision
- Good attention to detail
- Able to handle several tasks at once and prioritise work accordingly
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- A team player who enjoys working as part of a small group
- Experience within the industry useful but not essential
- Happy to ‘muck in’! As a production facility there is occasional need for everyone to help with whatever is needed
- Competent IT skills
- Working from our office/production site in South London. There is only limited opportunity for hybrid working
Training
- Opportunities to take BPMA industry qualifications
- Full company support & back up provided
Hours / Pay
- Full time
- £30,000+ subject to qualifications and experience, with bonus scheme & pension
