Step 1: We will take a full training brief from you (face to face or over the phone).

Step 2: Design and develop suitable training material.

Step 3: Delegates fill in a pre-training questionnaire.

Step 4: Deliver the training course at your chosen location.

Step 5: Delegates to fill in an Action Plan before they finish the course.

Step 6: Managers to be given feedback on delegates performance.

Step 7: Follow up 1 on 1 coaching call to each delegate 1 week after the course to ensure they are taking steps to improve their performance.
