Account Director

UK-based Account Director sought by a well established and successful HK based company responsible for the design and manufacture of consumer electronics and accessories predominantly targeting the female consumer. 

This opening represents the opportunity to work from home managing a market leading, NASDAQ listed client with operations globally. 

The Role

Working with the support of the UK based Account Manager to manage and develop all aspects of the client relationship, ensuring the company remains competitive and delivers only first class product to the client in the UK, Europe and North America.
• Working with the client in the concept, design and specifications for each product. 
• Negotiating on behalf of the company to ensure each product meets and exceeds the clients requirements and expectations and can be delivered on time and within budget  
• Working with the HK team of managers and engineers ensuring each product is a market leader in concept, design and functionality to ensure maximum customer satisfaction that will be reflected in annual sales.
• Managing the client to ensure key development deadlines are met.
• Keeping abreast of current and future design trends in the consumer electronic business and reflecting these in product design options to the client.
• Travel to Europe, New York and Hong Kong

• Trend spotter with a keen interest in following fashion trends and product designs, especially in electronic products and accessories.
• Excellent presentation skills
