Job Description
Joining an established account management team based in Gerrards Cross, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with a range of multinational clients, as well as developing new market opportunities in line with our overall business development strategy.
Key Responsibilities include:
Client Relationship Management
• Day to day liaison with key client contacts and user groups
• User support & User updates
• Scoping and responding to ad-hoc client requirements
• Analysis of system usage to identify platform improvements
• Maximise client return on investment through increasing usage, cost savings etc
• Manage and run client specific training and communication initiatives
Business Development
• Become a key member of our internal project team to develop and launch new business products and services to existing and new clients.

Personal Attributes
Strong blue chip Account Management experience gained in either a marketing services or technology environment
Good Degree
A natural self starter with a genuine drive and desire to excel
Excellent interpersonal skills
Confidence with, and an interest in internet technology
Comfortable in a young, small business environment
Strong attention to detail
A willingness to travel
