The Position – Sales Account Managers

Reports to: MD Based at: MPH Enterprises Leeds Job purpose: To effectively make sales calls for leads with regards to promotional merchandise and then to turn into accounts and manage the account. To ensure that targets and standards are achieved. Key responsibilities and accountabilities: 1. To achieve levels of effective cold and warm calling to increase and maintain new business prospects 2. To have polite and concise phone etiquette 3. To work in a team environment 4. To learn and utilize the software provided in order to keep a log of all calls made 5. To input new and perspective clients into the database 6. To send out mailings and brochures to prospective clients 7. To be at work on time (9:00-5:30) Monday through Friday 8. To source numbers from all resources for calls 9.
