Midoceonbrands - Sales & Marketing Support

Sales Role: Assistant required to place sample orders on our in house system. Other duties may include data entry, telesales and copy typing.

Marketing Role:
1. Visit reports/CRM

-Enter visit reports information in CRM
- Update CRM with activities relevant to BO staff/ Field Sales reps/Finance/Mktg
- Send information requested to customers
- Update customer information on SAP (website, emails addresses), create new contacts when required
- Enter business card details of exhibitions or roadshows visitors
- Prepare spreadsheet to analyse number of visitors
- Prepare letter mailing and organise post.
2. E-Services

2. Webshop (software allowing customers to orders online)

- Create logins for customers and update logins database
- Understand the webshop in order to provide basic assistance to customers
- Liaise with Marketing team when reporting technical issues

3. New Accounts

- Prepare corporate packs to send to new customers
- Update new accounts spreadsheet with login details, info sent, etc.
- Send weekly new accounts opened to Sales Reps
- Update customer data on SAP
- Send catalogues, when required

4. Others

- Provide assistance to Marketing Team in organising exhibition/Roadshows/ marketing campaigns, updating showrooms with new products, mass paper mailing, etc.
