Sales Administrator

Location: Basingstoke
Salary: 15 - 20k

Job Description

Place orders/reservations/samples on our in-house system
Offering product Ideas and solutions to customer briefs/ enquiries
Resolving any customer issues or complaints
Dealing with complaints though our European offices
Telesales – Selling our special offers and product services
Taking up to 100 calls per day
Arranging stock to be printed – in the UK also via our in house printing facilities in Holland and Spain
Resolving any Invoice/credit/return queries

Candidates should be:

Extremely organised & flexible
Possess an excellent telephone manner and can do attitude
Be able to cope with demands made from customers – whilst remaining calm and polite under pressure
Be able to work in a team
To have good telesales skills
To be confident and friendly towards customers and colleagues
Be able to use word, excel, internet and outlook, experience with SAP would be beneficial.
Must be able to multi task and thrive in a busy sales office environment
