Event Merchandising Limited has been established for over 25 years specialising in Corporate and Live Event Merchandising, Licensing and Online Retail sales.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a candidate to join the corporate merchandise team, with a keen interest in the entertainment industry and at least 12 months experience within the promotional merchandise market.
Event! have been fortunate enough to have been the merchandise/promotions company involved with many of the biggest Brands and Events World Wide.
A great opportunity within a vibrant office environment in North West London
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Liaison with client and suppliers
Handle all aspects of an order respectfully, from initial inquiries and providing quotes to customer follow-up after an order has been received by the customer
Develop a strong working relationship with clients through great service and follow-up.
Process orders and deliveries.
Source new suppliers and products, maintain database of suppliers
Stock control and invoicing
Responsible for meeting and maintaining performance objectives and/or goals reporting to the Sales Director
The candidate must be extremely customer focused with the foresight to develop future sales.
The successful candidate will be offered the opportunity to attend live events and exhibitions in a working capacity, to assist in all aspects of the office environment and to work with sales directors when requested.
Salary: Dependent on experience
Working hours: Generally 9am to 6pm
Location: North West London
