Our growth last year with a number of blue chip wins has meant we are seeking a new Senior Account Manager with experience in a busy and fast moving customer-facing role. This person will be working with BTC Group's existing high profile clients and generating new opportunities. We are looking for a solid, hard working, creative individual with good organisational skills.  They must also be confident, proactive and ready to present to clients.

Senior Account Manager responsibilities:

• Must be able to demonstrate a flexible approach to BTC Group requirements and the associated responsibilities of the role. The key aim and priority is to maximise potential spend for all customers, while nurturing and developing professional and friendly relationships between colleagues and clients alike.
• To offer excellent customer service to existing BTC Group clients.
• Identify new business & sales opportunities, wherever possible.
• Working to achieve and exceed Sales Targets.
• To accept overall responsibility for these Customers on a daily basis.
• Liaising with Account Co-ordinator and Marketing Manager on creative strategic campaigns.
• Learn and use internal BTC Group CRM System.

BTC Group are based at Hayes, Middlesex which is served by an excellent rail link to Hayes and Harlington station which is a five minute walk. We are less than 5 minutes from the M4 and M25.
