2bsourced.co.uk are a privately owned company with 50 employees, dealing with a wide range of blue chip companies and agencies.  Our busy and dynamic  team, are based in modern offices in Kentish town a 10-minute walk from tube and Thames link.
 
We are looking to expand our “work hard, play hard” team ONLY with people who want to and can:

• Actively develop new business opportunities through cold calling

• Turn incoming enquiries into business

• Develop new business into long-term clients

• You will be reporting to our Sales Director and working to a monthly target with potential to earn bonus and an uncapped commission structure.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

• A minimum of 2 -3 years experience in the industry, where you will have sold direct to clients.
• Candidates must have had experience in building client relationships through face-to-face meetings and over the telephone. 

PERSONAL QUALITIES

• An ability to think strategically and laterally would make you an exceptional candidate.
• Good organisational and memory skills and an ability to learn quickly are imperative.

SALARY & BENEFITS

• Dependent on experience
• Holiday 4 weeks
• Working hours 9 – 6pm Mon – Friday
• Pension contribution
