The British Promotional Merchandise Association has successfully achieved accreditation to the internationally recognised internal quality management standard ISO 9001 and the standard for environmental management systems ISO 14001.
These accreditations recognise the bpma’s commitment to an exceptional quality of service and their dedication to achieve consistent environmental compliance together with continuous improvements in environmental performance.
Director General Gordon Glenister comments – Right now many organisations are making buying decisions based on reliability, trust, reassurance and the ISO standard recognises companies that comply to quality management systems and the bpma are delighted to be awarded this accrediation. The award is increasingly a part of many major tenders for promotional merchandise and I urge members to consider this.
