FILMOLOGY PREMIERS THE INDEPENDENT CINEMA TICKET

FILMOLOGY

Having negotiated with over 220 independent cinemas across the UK and Ireland, Filmology, the movie marketing and promotions specialist, has now added an additional incentive to its cinema voucher range.

The Independent Cinema Ticket, which offers free access to independent cinema houses and has the widest coverage of any cinema ticket product, is available as a staff incentive, corporate gift or for use in sales promotion campaigns. It can either be issued as a stand-alone product or can be offered in conjunction with major cinema chain vouchers from Filmology including ODEON and Cineworld.

Independent cinemas taking part include some of the oldest running cinema houses in the world such as the Duke of York in Brighton, The Hippodrome in Falkirk and the Phoenix Cinema in East Finchley, London. Also included are the Skylight open air cinema in Devon, Bollywood cinema The Boleyn Cinema in East London, Brewery Arts Centre in Cumbria, a former brewery, and the Gate Cinema in Notting Hill, London, famed for its former life as a Victorian brothel.

David Pearson, director of Filmology, said: “This product has been specifically created for the business-to-business market and is an excellent way to incentivise and reward staff/clients or for use in sales promotion campaigns. The Independent Cinema Ticket not only means that organisations can offer cinema incentives with much wider coverage, but independent cinema often offers an added element of reward when redeemed at specialist cinemas.”

David continued: “Cinema vouchers are a great way for employers to say thank you for a job well done, even to an entire department at a time, or thank you to a valued and loyal customer. This works well both because the reward is flexible enough to cater for everyone continually (new films coming out every week), and also because a trip to the cinema is considered a real treat despite coming at a relatively low cost.”
