UKL Trade Show 2009 – Announcement of Extra Day

January 2008 saw the team from UKL open the doors of their headquarters to their very first Trade Show event. This inaugural event proved an immediate success and attracted more than 600 visitors over 2 days to UKL in Swindon, Wiltshire.
And so, now the dust has settled on the 2008 show, they have started the task of planning the show for next year.  It promises to be bigger and better than before, with the 2009 show taking place over the 14th, 15th and 16th of January. 

Tracy Richards, Managing Director said, “We hope to welcome over a 1000 visitors this year and have 50% more new exhibitors”, she continues “in fact, its going to be so much bigger, we have had to add an extra 50% to the opening time, and will be open from Wednesday the 14th to Friday the 16th.”

This 3 day event will include all of the major brands that supply UKL and many will be featuring their latest products new for 2009, giving visitors their first chance to see and try many of these items.

“Its a great opportunity to meet with all the biggest brands at the same time in the same place and discuss your requirements with both brand and distributor. “ says John Rivers, UKL Marketing Manager, “I believe this is a unique opportunity in the marketplace, and one that should not be missed.”

Also, following the success of last year, there will be a Gala dinner evening, with a live band at one of best hotels in the area.  “The Gala dinner gives our customers and suppliers, the chance to unwind after a hard day at the show, “ says Tracy, “and so often at these events, as much business is done over the deserts as is done at the trade stand”.
