Overview of Factotums’ Services:

Frontline Receptionist

The Factotum frontline service provides your company with an outsourced reception facility, directing calls through to an individual, department or branch.
Our technology assigns each contact within your business their own call management script. We can manage calls for an unlimited number of contacts within your organisation. Our team will efficiently direct every call through to individuals wherever they are to an office extension, mobile or out of office number.
If the contact is unavailable, we can relay messages via email, SMS or have the call transferred to a mobile telephone or even a colleague. Additionally, a record is kept of all transferred calls and messages received for the company or department.

Classic Reception

The Factotum Classic telephone answering service provides your company with a call overflow facility, allowing us to manage your company calls when your staff are in a meeting or unavailable. Each call is answered professionally in your company name and handled in a precise and effective manner, by a highly trained member of the team, and a message send through by the most appropriate method.

Benefits to BPMA Members:

Any BPMA member taking up our offer would be entitled to the following benefits: 
1.      Extended hours at no additional cost
a.      Our services normally operate between the hours of 9:00 and 17:30 hours Monday to Friday however each BPMA member who takes up a Factotum Ltd service will benefit from full extended day support at no extra cost. This means that the Factotum team will manage their calls between the hours of 8:00 and 19:30 hrs Monday to Friday and 9:00 to 17:00 Saturday & Sunday
 
2.      Out of hours voicemail service at no additional cost
a.      Each BPMA member will also be assigned a personalised out of hours voicemail box with the facility of messages being emailed through to them.

3.      Additional reporting at no additional cost
a.      Factotum Ltd will provide a monthly report outlining the following:
i.      Total No of calls managed by the Factotum team during the past month
ii.      Data report includes:  (enquiries for marketing products & received telemarketing calls )
 

4.      Access to their own Account manager at no additional cost
a.      Factotum Ltd will provide a named contact who is available to offer advice and support on getting the most from the Factotum Ltd service as well as deal with any issues that may arise
